In the town of Hijar, near Teruel in Spain, Blessed Francisco Monzón Romeo, priest of the Order of Preachers and martyr who, during the same persecution, confirmed with his own blood with fidelity to the Lord.
His motto was to do God’s will. In reply, God desired him to be a martyr.
